Pros
Zen Planner is a wonderful place to work. I've worked at several different companies since graduating college, and can truly say that this is the more collaborative, transparent and fun environment I've ever been in. All employees are truly invested in the success of not only Zen Planner, but also our customers. People work hard, and they work hard together to ensure we're meeting goals. Even though there's a lot of work to be done (it is a startup), the company does a lot to ensure its employees are still having fun. From pumpkin WODs and group yoga sessions, to in-office drink and paint nights, a lot of work is being done to keep the employees happy. Another huge pro, as other people have mentioned, is the fact that you can bring dogs to work. This definitely adds some entertainment to the office :). While many positions are entry-level, there's room for growth if you're a hard worker. New positions are typically opened up to internal candidates before they're posted online. We have had several team members move up with in their teams or move to new teams.
Cons
Probably the biggest downside to Zen Planner is its location. I wish so badly the company was in Denver. The drive is bearable, but I do think we'd be much more attractive to applicants if we were located in Denver.
