One-way video interview is very awkward and disrespectful for candidate's time. If a company is unable to take 5 minutes to talk to you, it's very likely that you might just waste your time.

The acted very interested and sounded like it was getting close to an offer until the homework started. I was asked twice to provide a specific marketing strategy presentation where senior and junior team members sat and listened to some really good ideas, only to have them go silent until I reached out.
