-Micromanaging -management is out of touch -Periodically didn't feel safe -seniority had little to no job security on the factory floor -increased performance would set back any potential for growth, -promotions came with the price of being taken advantage of -favoritism amongst employees -Periodically didn't feel safe and harassment reports were not taken seriously -Was told college accommodations were given, only for my college schedule to not be considered -drastically underpaid and overworked -will be asked to go to your work station BEFORE you clock in. Disapproval is voiced otherwise -bathroom breaks are looked down upon -Air conditioning is weak, and work conditions can be sweltering
