Pros

Offers some of the best health care benefits I've seen since the 90s.

Cons

Has terrible turnover because MANAGEMENT HAS NO IDEA HOW TO MANAGE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT. This company has historically been a hardware company and decided they will be an IOT company which mean they acquired several software offerings. THEY HAVE NO LEADERSHIP SKILLS for this endeavor. Not only that but the HR dept has a "gotcha" attitude and loves to set people up for failure and either write you up over it or fire you. I saw in my 3 years there, 15 people leave, either by their own accord or by being let go, in a department that only had 30 people. Recap: Bad senior management, bad HR department.

Paid Time Off is generous if allowed to use

Cons

Management is a disaster. Far too many Senior Managers that do not contribute but reduce total comp or headcount available for the real work. Talented, high-performing individuals leave in droves. Often when the company goes through the lay-off period, They terminate all the high earners in favor of hiring junior staff, who then leave very shortly. Very high attrition rate. HR is zero help, as should be expected. Failing tech with no valid improvements. Shrinking stock and market capitalization.
