The leadership team is aware of the low employee morale and has implemented new initiatives to retool employees. Training classes are made available for all employees. Working remote is a benefit for work-life balance.
Cons
It has been a few years since raises have been given to employees. In addition, some of the divisions are experiencing challenges in growth, which makes it difficult for promotions. Improving IT infrastructure is no longer a focus for management.
