If you need well rounded experience dealing with customers, contractors and office employees you will get that. You will learn to use multiple mapping and data software to do your job. You get back what you commit. If you do not use the opportunity as a platform then you are a 9-5 clock watcher with no ambition. Get what you need to get and move on. Never remain stagnate. Cons
Trust! I feel I cannot trust management anymore. There is a real sense of sneaky changes going on and you only find out through word of mouth. They are swallowing up companies all over and creating a real unstable sense of security environment. I have been in this business many years and am to be considered the best at what I do but I no longer feel the love so I am moving on.
