Pros
It's a very casual atmosphere so that is nice in a few ways....attire is comfortable yet still professional (jeans w nice top) and makes it more fun and enjoyable w coworkers if you want it to be. They have good intentions and plans to improve technology/system.
Cons
Each branch varies but one thing they all have in common are long hours. Management is the worst. At first you think it's good because you can barely tell they are there but then when it comes to $$ they will take credit for it all and leave you empty handed. Overall, just an unfair atmosphere. Some people barely work at all and others work their butts off in the same position, getting the same recognition and income. Training seems to be slim to none unless you make a friend in that position that is willing to help you out.
