Pros

the sales staff people who work there are great. the free gym downstairs is awesome!

Cons

Management is a awful. They have a simple business model, hire 30 recent college grads a month, train them for a month, burn them out 3 months later, fire 90% of the class and give the other 10% any accounts closed. The management teams wants carriers and sales reps to get along but at any chance they get pin them against each other. You will not get promoted as they only promote from outside and they are friends of the management. Management gives you false promises in the interview all the way till the month before you are fired. When I was there they sat in a conference room right next to the sales floor and went through every single person to be fired and would step outside and scan the office for anyone they forgot

Pros

Great benefits and senior leadership has a goal to provide excellent service, competitive pay, and recognition for hard working team players, looking to put their best foot forward every day.

Cons

Can be stressful at times when working in logistics, but this is common in the industry and often more related to fluctuations in economic factors.

Pros

I have enjoyed my time with XPO and appreciate the opportunities the company has provided for both personal and professional growth. The team environment is supportive, and I've had the chance to build strong relationships with coworkers and customers over the years. One of the things I value most is that hard work and dedication are recognized. Every day brings new challenges, which keeps the job interesting and allows me to continue learning. Leadership encourages employees to find solutions and work together to provide excellent customer service. Like any large company, there are busy periods and opportunities for improvement, but overall, XPO offers a solid career path, competitive benefits, and the chance to make a real impact. If you're someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is willing to put in the effort, XPO can be a rewarding place to build a career.

Cons

The transportation industry is constantly changing, so employees need to be adaptable and able to handle shifting priorities. Workloads can be demanding at times, but the teamwork and customer relationships make it rewarding
