Pros

The relationship with our customers is strong, we have a good reputation and our brand is strong.

Cons

There are changes happening centrally, being led from Europe, that are affecting the moral of the whole central function. We’ve gone from being a company that lives by some fantastic values to a shell that is more interested about cost saving. The road ahead looks bleak and some serious damage is being done to the moral of the central functions. Since XPO purchased Norbert, most of the time we’ve been on a path to becoming the best logistics company in the world, now we’re quickly slipping down that chain and the bureaucracy is making us lose our agility in the market.

Pros

Good Pay compared to most entry level jobs

Cons

Management pushes everything onto the supervisors who are already drowning with an expectation of change. The pay is the only reason most stay which is sad because the job in theory is not really a bad one.
