      Pros

      I love my coworkers, it was a good place to work when it was ConWay Freight.

      Cons

      Worst company to work for. I’ve been working for them for 3 years and they screwed me on my maternity leave. I was promised 6 weeks pay after 30 days of being on maternity leave and all I got was 10 business days. Then they took it all for medical. So I got no money at all. How is someone supposed to survive off of nothing?! I have 2 other kids to take care of and we are hardly being able to eat. Don’t think I will be going back once my leave is over. Currently looking for a new job!

      Pros

      One of the better LTL companies I’ve been to. Will work with you for the most part

      Cons

      The vacation set up is dumb. No sick days you get 3 weeks PTO for sick and personal days and it’s almost impossible to take a day off you didn’t put in in November of the previous year then force you to use pto when you call in. Some management is ok but most is not the greatest
