      Pros

      The free food and good insurance was nice. The location in the city was nice too. I could walk to work.

      Cons

      My department was one of the few that was happy. However that was short lived. Manager new account associates was promoted because he was a top sales person, not because he showed leadership skills. It was embarrassing to be a part of this team of cross-fit obsessed, delusional people that didn't realize that Twitter usage going down means eventually sales are going to suffer.

      great community for web engineers. lots of mentorship available sessions to knowledge share really helped with growth

      Cons

      lots of projects do not make it to production lots of hoops before projects have a chance to be developed or make it hopefully to production

      - Good salary - High Ownership - Interesting Work - Get to learn more broadly of how things work at scale compared to other global social media companies - Equity Growth Overall I have gotten to take on really interesting work here and am alongside colleagues I respect and appreciate. Equity has appreciated significantly.

      - Constant Layoffs/poor attrition rates - Understaffed - Lack of organization/communication from leadership
