      Work Culture Diverse Project Experience WorleyParsons is a great place to work and has an exceptional work culture. Would recommend to other professionals.

      Cons

      As with most consulting jobs, work load will fluctuate and there may be a requirement to travel to another office, which for some is a positive!

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
