I applied online. I interviewed at Worley in May 2026
Interview
I had a call with the HR person. Then I had an interview with who would be my manager. After that, a technical test with their peer and another candidate. I moved on to an interview with the Vice President of AI, and then they ghosted me. It really says a lot about a company that has these practices. They made me waste a lot of time and didn’t even give me any feedback.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Worley (Airoli) in Apr 2026
Interview
You need to schedule interview with HR by sending the resume through mail. If your profile is suitable, you will get the call from HR. Once the interview is done, they will rank your profile with other candidates and will call you if selected for further discussion
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Worley (Calgary, AB) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview immediately began with the hiring manager asking me what my GPA is. After I told him my very average grade, the interviewer responded by stating it was “very low” and compared it to students in India. This comment was not only irrelevant to the role but also dismissive and inappropriate in a professional setting. If a high GPA is so important to you, just tell the applicants to send an unofficial transcript during the application process.
The situation worsened when the hiring manager turned off their camera mid-interview to take a phone call, remained absent for an extended period, and ultimately did not return. This left the interview without the primary decision maker and gave the impression that the candidate’s time and the interview itself were not being taken seriously.
The remaining interviewer conducted a full resume walkthrough and was professional throughout. He seemed quite impressed with my experience. However, without the hiring manager present, it is unclear how candidates are being properly assessed or compared.
Overall, the process lacked basic professionalism, structure, and respect. For a company of this scale, candidates should expect a far more organized and respectful interview experience. I think I just got unlucky.
