Pros
There's no getting bored, great people to work with, always plenty of new work to focus on and you are in the driver's seat of your own career here if you put your hand up for opportunities and not worry about naysayers. Pretty good work/life balance with flexible work policy. Generally you get treated like an adult and with respect. Senior management seem to finally have gotten their heads around the changes that need to be made and now have a much stronger direction than they have in the past.
Cons
It's a fairly conservative company in many ways, full of conservative people who resist change even when the writing is on the wall. Due to the downturn in the oil industry this is one of many companies who has had to downsize and that's never a great thing for morale.
