Thanks for your message. I thought it was a little ironic that on the same day you posted a "Very Relaxed Work Environment" someone else posted that we're "Fast Paced". Perhaps "informal" is a more appropriate description? Your concerns about Supply Chain are concerning and I've passed this along. I agree we're growing very fast and with the construction going on in Edwardsville, along with adding a large number of employees there, that can be difficult. Regarding advancement, what are you doing to address this? Have you shared this with your manager, or VP, or HR?
