Pros
This is the best company I have ever worked for. The compensation and benefits are amazing. The culture is great and there is a good work/life balance. I enjoy the flexibility in my schedule with telecommuting. Management is interested in if you are truly happy with what you do help you grow in your profession. This is the first company that I have worked for and thought I can work here for the rest of my career.
Cons
There are very few cons. It was different getting used to the desks that we use. Most people do not have traditional cubes but there are long desk/tables with dividers to help promote collaboration. This is not necessarily a bad thing but it was different when I started. I have since learned to love it as well!
