Pros

You get to talk to people from all over the world!

Cons

This company encourages licensure but will not pay you the substantial amount that you think you will get after obtaining it. Also, WPO is not equipped to manage the ethical obligations of each clinical professional who works for the job. It is very "one size fits all", and you will be placed in ethical dilemmas because of it. Unfortunately WPO's team leads and management would rather you follow chain of command based on non-existent policies and ego versus your code of ethics. They intimidate staff to choose between ethics and chain of command, and even after consulting with their own licensed, clinical supervisor who will agree with you based on code of ethics, as well as the existing WPO policy, your job security will be threatened. My unlicensed team lead told me to disregard the licensed clinical supervisor's advice and to listen to her based on a non existent policy. When you bring it up, they will try to terminate you with zero documentation, and make you sign an NDA afterwards to keep you silent because they knew they engaged in unethical activity. I refused to sign it because I knew that ethically I did the right thing, and I also would not have been able to be truthful with this review.
