We're in the business of connecting people looking for high quality work with available work. That is a noble calling. Really great people throughout the organization, including a stellar, smart management team. Our CEO and COO have tons of experience in the startup world. They really know how to grow a company from the ground up. The platform runs on the latest enterprise software stack and we are prepared to scale massively. We've attracted some of the best designers, developers, sales and support people.
Cons
The only cons are some of the challenges of having two offices and a distributed team. It's something that's being actively improved upon, including an investment in technology infrastructure to better connect our two offices.
