Pros
Flexible schedule. WFH (but also an office to go to if you live near by). Stock options (doubt they will be worth anything) OK benefits. There are good people in the company; some who care for the company more than they should. Our clients want to help make a difference in the world so you get to help mission oriented companies.
Cons
You still get messages during your time off (!!).. you can also be expected to work late nights. Leadership at the very top is either oblivious or refuses to acklowedge the lack of structure, vision and the general dissatisfaction of most employees. C Suite do not know how to run a successful company. They will fire others and shift blame on everyone but themselves. The company is going through a major identity crisis. I hear it has been for awhile. It's not getting any better.. they acquired TWO more companies to add to the identity crisis. Company refused to make a statement about when Roe v Wade was overturned.. let that sink in for any women thinking about working here. There is no HR department for a company with more than 120 employees. There is NO culture left. Raises are few and far between. When they do they reward the wrong people. The products cannot keep up with competition. I can't believe we're trying to sell this thing. It's not OK. If you thrive in mayhem, you will do well here.
