Pros
Great benefits and company is employee owned. They have ESOP, employee stock ownership plan where you get a certain amount of stocks each year that you don't have to pay for. Great opportunities for advancement and decent salaries.
Cons
advancement into management may require you to move to whatever store they want you to go. If you are a part time clerk it is nearly impossible to be full time unless you work there for 6 or more years.
