Pros
Benefits are great. ESOP is great for now. Always busy. And great advancement opportunities if your willing to give your life to the company
Cons
Stagnant wages, topped out pay has only gone up $1/ hour in the 12 years I worked there.starting wage is too low. Its really hard to keep quality employees anymore. No more Bonuses. Its turning more in to a typical retailer than a company who is proud of it's employee owners. Hopefully when Steve Goddard leaves, he takes his cooperate greed mentality with him and his replacement doesn't continue the trend
