Pros
* Most of the employees are great to work with. * The bonuses have been over 100% every year I've been there. * 6% match on 401k although I’ve seen other local energy companies with better.
Cons
* Company has frequent layoffs. * IT is a dumpster fire - they lack senior leadership. ITLT is very fickle when it comes to making decisions or communicating a vision. All they care about is how they can save money for any given week. * Ever since TSA got involved, IT has turned into a hack job. None of the projects are planned well and teams rarely communicate with each other. Poor execution leads to extra stress and frustration. * Williams is constantly buying/selling assets and wants them integrated/divested in unrealistic timelines. * Performance management is a joke. Everyone is a 3 on a scale of 1-5. At the end of the year, management plays the favorites game and employees are rarely judged on merit. * Teams are all understaffed. They promise backfills but it rarely happens. Most employees are doing the jobs of 2+ people so don't count on a work/life balance. * For the past few years, they've been forcing a lot of DEI.
