I applied online. I interviewed at Williams in Feb 2026
Interview
LET ME SAY SOMETHING - this was the most ANNOYING interview process. First, they send you an online interview screening which in my opinion is a waste of time. Then, you have an in person interview where you play 20 questions (no joke). They're all STAR/behavioral questions and the process feels very sterile. Rather than trying to form a connection with the team you'd be working with, you waste time answering dumb questions about being a team player (boring). I withdrew my application after the in person interview. The whole process felt transactional and the recruiter I worked with was very unprofessional.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Williams (Pierce, CO) in Mar 2026
Interview
The most interview process gives much hope initially. When I applied, I was shortly contacted within about a week to schedule a virtual conference interview. Once that was completed, it has been quiet regarding feedback for next steps. On a good note, one can usually reach someone at the corporate office who will find out what or who needs to be reached and relay some information to you. While info may be limited, they do have a record of those who have applied and any correspondence that has been sent out to the individual from the company. Therefore, it’s not a hopeless journey, just daunting waiting on the second interview in person. No clear indication when that could be.
