Core platforms still run on a lot of legacy which creates several limitations for improvements and innovation. Career growth in company is very limited. Several team leaders are very insecure about their jobs and try not to mentor teams, in order to hold on to their jobs. Extremely difficult to get a raise or promotion.
Extensive turnover of leadership team with significant changes every year. Sr. Management in the Tech leadership team seem to lack a good understanding of payments, and do not work well with Product teams, which creates several roadblocks when trying to improve against the competition.
