Pros
easy recruiting process, everything was via email/phone, recruiters really want to help you and guide you through the process. It might take up to a couple of weeks but it's worth it and the job is definitely a good start for someone who just moved to the US.
Cons
sometimes during recruiting you would have to deal with different recruiter who was not as nice as the first one, the job itself is a contract and you don't get paid for your lunch break which takes an hour
