None, the recruitment process is terrible with any lack of thought for potential candidates.

Absolutely appalling recruitment process. I’ve been through 4 rounds of interviews and made it to the final round, to then be ghosted by HR, Recruitment and any of the Hiring Managers, despite making a few attempts to follow up to ask for feedback. I am disappointed by the lack of response or thought to even send a generic rejection email. I would expect more from a company of this size. Completely unacceptable to treat potential candidates in this way.
