Pros

Great company ethics when it comes to employers, great pay, diverse company and many opportunities for promotion

Cons

The Daily sales goals will have you contemplating quitting every single day. No one lasts as long as upper management says you will. Turnover rate is insane. Managers put crazy pressure on you to produce to the point to do unethical things just to hit numbers. Managers will have you solicit random people and companies on a daily basis to get checking accounts. It extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable. There is no work/life balance. Be prepared to never see your family. Oh, and if you live in an area that can get harsh winters...be prepared to go in and stay all day even when its dangerous outside (i.e. snow, hail, hurricanes, etc. )

Pros

A lot of overtime that you could log, so the pay is great.

Cons

The overtime is dreading and work hour is rotational, from 8am to 8pm to from 5am in the morning to 4pm.

Pros

Benefits (but cost creeping up and coverage creeping down each year), Good Morale Both Management and Coworkers, and Honestly a Great Company.

Cons

Cross Selling is the only focus now, firing employees who are great at their job in every area that should matter but if the cross selling results are not meeting the ever ridiculous quota (which continues to rise) than you may not have a job next month. Expectation for customers to say yes to cross selling, leaving you with no real control of your job security. Stress!
