Pros
Career opportunities and confidence in management. You are made to feel that nothing is out of your reach but you must take the first step and manage your career. Additionally you are very fairly rewarded for your contributions and you feel equicably treated. Lastly, it is a fun place to work because morale is very high and people are generally very pleasant to work with.
Cons
lack of partnering across business areas which can make it challenging to get things done very quickly and/or without having to escalate to the next level. while communication is generally good and regular and you generally feel you have access to any level of management the rumor mill undermines productive communication.
