Company really looks after and cares for their staff. There's bonus scheme now for assistantmanagers, £10 free meal while on shift, 50% friends and family discount, £1 staff meal while on shift, referral scheme, cycle to work scheme and the list goes on...

Cons

Sometimes it's busy, but all staff are great, We work together and the shift goes quickly
