Pros
None to speak of unfortunately If u don't care, have no ambition, have limited to no skills and really just want to punch In and out and leave. This is the job for u. Once u get hired u will never get fired for a single thing and you have a guaranteed income of no more than minimum wage no matter how long u work here. I personally get to look forward to a whole 150 each week.
Cons
Low pay, very low hours per week, you will be on welfare quickly working here, poor management, no experience in staff, no training, dirty and questionable work practices, no operational procedures or standards, very inconsistent. This is where you go when there are no other jobs. I don't know if I should spend my check on food and beg or rent. Never both
