Pros
good benefits, friendly environment, a good place to work. Other coworkers were friendly and support and help was readily available all the time.
Cons
Rude customers are inevitable at any job just know how to handle them and you'll be fine. Other than that repetitive work of course and store management isnt all that wonderful.
