      Pros

      The people you work with are generally awesome. It is a country type store with a few new age things so the pace isn't crazy all the time, at least at store 129.

      Cons

      Long hours and the pay is usually less than most places. I will be getting $11/hr as a department AM compared to my brother in law makes $10.80/hr at Wegmans being a Bakery clerk.

      Great schedule, good team to work for, control of department and tasks

      Cons

      Difficult to adjust to time schedule at first, easy to be overwhelmed by multiple vendors on rare occasion they show up at the same time
