VERY POOR PAY RATE. I make only $7.25/hour, barely enough to pay the bills. Also, if you are legitimately ill, they would rather you infect customers and fellow employees than call off (even with a doctor's note). Also, be aware of their ridiculous policies. This job is NOT worth the money it pays. McDonald's even payed me more money, and that's sad... Also, do NOT accept to stay even one minute past your shift, because to them, that means that it will be okay to schedule you for 12 hour shifts without a break, simply because they can once you are over 18.
