9yEvery individual on our team is a highly valued A player that loves the work they do. We hire people that are a good culture fit, love what they do, have a positive attitude and have the aptitude for growth. We pay team members well and have a jealousy inducing list of benefits (including Health Benefit, 401(k) w/ 100% match, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Paid Volunteering, Company Happy Hour every month, quarterly fun events, education fund, profit sharing and there's more). Our team members are the most important element of our company as they take care of our clients and so we treat them very well.
Sometimes when you hire an employee that is not a good fit, no matter how much you try to help them they won't be able to excel in their job. Unfortunately, this individual slipped through our otherwise extremely successful hiring process. After a number of employee complaints and client complaints we deemed they were not a good fit and we had to let them go because they couldn't do the job effectively and had a poor attitude. Unfortunately, they decided to put this fabrication here, but it is good for you to know if you don't enjoy what you do, have a positive attitude and are excited about challenging yourself in your craft then we're probably not a good fit. Best of luck in your job search!
