      flexible working and we do what we want people are caring

      Cons

      decision makers are to alike. In worldview and mind-set- they often fall prey to group think no identity or direction low moral need to plan reality not fantasy too many folks with superhero syndrome a lot lot of technical debt

      Nice coworkers and enjoyed the environment.

      Cons

      Could improve in some ways with management, but it wasn't a huge issue for me.
