Pros
Fresh & sustainably sourced seafood, wonderful client & guest base. Beautifully built restaurants
Cons
Highly do not recommend. No money to be made. Food runners walk out with higher tip out on a Friday/ Saturday night than the bar staff. Servers make more money consistently. Poor management. Useless bar meetings. Very high turnover ought to be a red flag to upper management that some things need to be changed.
