-Decent pay for minimal work
-A lot of freedom to do what you want

Cons
-Management plays favorites and even when you go to them for issues created by other employees (i.e; a hostile work environment), they will not fix them. HR is a joke and will not fix the issue, either.
-Virtually no work to do. I spent my day trying to find work to do and begging for it.
-Customers can be nasty and a lot of the time it's because they are dumb
