      Pros

      If you work with fun people and good pharmacists, it doesn't matter if your patient base is horrendous.

      Cons

      On the flipside, if you have bad coworkers or pharmacists who go on power trips just because you are a tech, you will hate your job. I worked at both kinds of locations. Raises are also not given based on merit. Only given based on time you stay with the company.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
