Needs improvement - Manager Walmart Employee Review

Sadly there's no basis for career growth and development. Lack of training, putting people in positions with no support staff. Staff. Lack of leadership and training opportunities in certain departments. Several small injuries could have been avoided. Often times had to work with faulty equipment, not having the tools that you needed, not having support for management to complete the task at hand. Hand. Finding fault and accountability because you didn't complete but you were asked to do. Do. Only because you didn't have the tools you needed. Unrealistic expectation to perform well with this company.
