Pros

Compensation was decent, but not enough when your also doing other people’s job.

Cons

If your a person who works hard, treats others with respect, and tries to do the best you can, then this job isn’t for you. This place is all about favoritism and kissing a** to the team leads and managers in order to have your job. You can’t do no wrong if they like you. This is the job for kiss ups. You kiss enough a** you’ll for ever have a job at Walmart. They will also not tell you if your doing something wrong. My time there I pretty much assumed I was doing it right. Team leads are too busy chatting and giggling with others to reach out to the team. They don’t train their people the way they’re suppose to and they’re constantly messing up making people who actually work hard look bad. Your constantly doing other’s sloppy job only to be called on for it. They will find something stupid to fire you if they don’t like you.

Pros

Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

Cons

Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
