Pros
- Get To transfer and have a secure job locked in place. - Discount on items in store. - Quarterly Bonuses depends on how well your store performs
Cons
- When you transfer, you might not get the job you want but what is only available - If you are currently FT and transfer. Most likely you will get bumped down to PT. - You loose pay if you transfer from a bigger store to a smaller store but it works the other way around if you come from a small store and go to a Supercenter, you might get a little more money.
