      Pros

      Little to no experience required and Walmart provides tools and equipment as well as training

      Cons

      The ast. Manager and senior employees do hardly any work pushing all the workload onto the new staff. Thous creating a hostile work environment and as a new employee you can and will be penalized for just about anything especially if they just don't like you they could come up with a hundred reasons to get you fired

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
