      Pros

      Good stock plan, decent salary, opportunities to use any new tools I want to try out. Very very supportive of your personal development.

      Cons

      Decisions come down from the director level and radically change your life. Big initiatives to increase test coverage, harden security, use AI, work in the office, lay off your team, change your manager or your skip, will blind side you.

      Pros

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Cons

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
