Pros
This is great if someone had no experience in a call center. Training by Arrika is good. Weekly pay.
Cons
No support from Supervisor. The supervisors have a high turn over. The Supervisors are not trained on salesforce. Do not look for them for constructive criticism. The systems are dated. Everything is manual. Time consuming. No real follow up from dispatch. Once the new hiring class comes in go back to training.
