Pros
Most of the people are nice, if standoffish, and are usually willing to help. Work from home
Cons
The training is terrible. For a place that should be process driven, there's very little documentation and almost no training. You're left floundering when trying to determine when to do what. Some of the people are not helpful and everyone seems overworked. This may vary by department. Pay is middling at best, especially for the amount of work you do. Turnover seems high, but that may just be the department.
