      Lots of interesting work, invests in people, values healthy work-life balance

      Uses waterfall methodology under-the-covers and seems to have no interest in escaping it. They use a fusion with agile and claim to be agile but they're not

      PTO, 401k match, remote work, the people.

      Cons

      Constant pressure to prove you’re using AI, do more with less culture, consistent layoffs and reorgs, poor communication, unclear direction, unrealistic goals all for a 2% raise. Zero chance for advancement.
