Pros
Human resources really cared about employees and their continued success. Some people are in the right roles and really shine, assisting others in their own successes. Lots of different opportunities in various areas of the industry.
Cons
Health insurance options kept changing for the worse. Management constantly changing, many roles are mismatched causing chaos. Many "problem" employees seem to keep their roles for unknown reasons and cause a hostile work environment.
