Pros
Its honestly hard to find any some days. The company had great people, but we've so lost so many people with the outsourcing.
Cons
Leadership is out of touch. We don't get raises this year but we get asked to donate to the CEO's charities and now the is putting on a fair to show much $$$ it contributes to charities?!? Are you completely out of touch? Many of us don't have the money to give to charities because we're trying to pay for groceries and braces and we didn't get a raise.
