Pros

-Good Benefits -Remote Option for certain departments (Not permanent) -Great Co Workers

Cons

-Not enough support for General Department that constantly requires daily support from other departments in Contact Center or Flex Reps. -Not able to focus and work on your departmental tasks/projects since so much support is needed for the general queue. -Lack of communication from other departments. -Not enough after 5pm or Saturday support from other departments. -Not enough growth opportunities within dept without leaving.

Pros

They had really great benefits, the managers were super chill. I was able to make an impact in my local community by educating people or saving them money.

Cons

Since they are a smaller local company the pay was not all that great.

Pros

Excellent compensation for the position, outstanding medical/dental and retirement benefits

Cons

Talented employees cite toxic culture in exit interviews, but HR reports this as "found something better." Naturally. Anything beats a toxic workplace. The CEO remains insulated, engaging only a small circle of senior staff. Mid-level employees who attempt to surface the reality are pushed out.
