Pros
1. The colleagues are great, some managers too but unfortunately they do not have much power. 2. Company events. 3. Possibility to work from abroad some weeks per year
Cons
VSI was never great communication-wise, but since the new CEO things really went downhill. The old CEO used to know each employee's name, while the new CEO doesn't even say hi or pretends to do small talks. 1. They implemented a "clock in and out" system saying that it was for security reasons, then a month after the employees were asked to go back to the office three times a week instead of two 2. Very little room for progression 3. High turnover all across the company 4. Low pay compared to similar companies 5. Gaslighting culture
